Every thought and action has led you to this moment in your life.  It seems that the universe heard your cries for help and your suffering has not gone unnoticed; however, you are afraid that this will be a waste of your time. Our goal is to make it worth your time.

At Carael Group we are determined to assist individuals, groups and families heal and cope with those things that are causing some dysfunction. Anxiety, depression, psychosis, trauma, PTSD or life transitions can create a dysfunction that seems hard to overcome. 

Our counseling services guide client's through their distress in a safe, compassionate, comforting environment. Whether it is virtual or in-person, our goal is the same, which is to help you heal and create a renewed and empowered life.

Our consulting services educate groups and families about issues such as: coping with life transitions,  communicating with someone who is psychotic, providing a safe space for families and friends to discuss concerns when handling someone who has a mental illness, offering a space for support, and introduce coping skills to provide an assistance with those and other concerns.  We're here to help.
