Current Groups

  • Meeting Milestones:  this group is designed to help individuals ages 18 - 30 find their way into the adulting world. Topics covered in this group include but not limited to understanding rent, understanding the need for community, developing budgets, paying insurance (i.e., health and car), finding housing and using community resources.
  • SARGE (M):  Substance Abuse Recovery Group Experience. This group is for those struggling with marijuana addiction. You must have attended a recovery program for 6 months or more and need additional therapeutic support. This group works separately from Alcoholic Anonymous or any of the other self-help groups; however, we encourage you to continue working with other self-help groups to get the most out of your recovery. Must be willing to provide a release of information for a continuation of your care.
  • SARGE (A):  Substance Abuse Recovery Group Experience for those who struggle with alcohol. This group works alongside any other self-help group that you may be involved with. We encourage you to continue to work with self-help group. You must have completed at least 30 days in an inpatient recovery program and is committed to attend weekly. This group is for those serious about reaching recovery. Must be willing to provide a release of information for a continuation of your care.
  • SA: Schizophrenia Alliance. This group is for veterans and others who have been diagnosed with schizophrenia and its related disorders, and need a place to help them maintain  recovery. This group provides community with individuals who may have loss touch with those they love due to the neurobiological illness of schizophrenia and related disorders. In order to be a member of this group the individual must be on psychiatric medication and have been consistently on their medication for more than 3 months, and is currently in therapy. Must be willing to provide a release of information so that there is a continuity of your care.
